She of SheTech Solutions
Hi, I'm Lucia, founder and owner of SheTech Solutions.
I started SheTechSolutions from the experience and conviction that a feminine touch can make all the difference. Especially in technology.
With my years of experience as an executive assistant at public listed companies, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills in working with demanding international CEOs and successful entrepreneurs.
From my passion for HR, I have developed and coordinated beautiful projects.
My strength lies in solving complex problems. Solutions that fit the specific needs of my clients. I think like an entrepreneur and feel at ease in a demanding environment. That makes me the ideal sparring partner for CEOs and HR managers, one who can also turn a vision into concrete actions.
Who am I
Lucia
I am Lucia: adventurous, entrepreneurial, a real organizational talent. I am known for my dedication, straightforward mentality, and my sixth sense.
Most of all, I love to travel. New cultures, different views, it enriches and refreshes. Whether it's a weekend away somewhere in the Netherlands or to a more tropical place, traveling makes me happy! And that provides a fresh perspective and creativity in my work.
I also love cats.
As I said, I believe that (tech) organizations can flourish by using a more feminine touch. Moreover, I strongly believe in the power of Human Capital; the right person in the right place. Working from your strength; that's how you give color to an organization together and can really be the best at what you do. That's how SheTechSolutions was born. That's what I commit to: making your organization distinctive. And thus future-proof.
